Kalderetang Kambing by Blue Carabao

This is one dish that is always available anywhere in the Philippines. Kalderetang Kambing is also common during occasions specially in the rural areas wherein preparing goat for an occasion is something special. In Davao City, Kalderetang Kambing is available all even if there is no occasion.  This goes the same as to other areas.  There is this restaurant in Davao that serves this dish similar to the taste that I have been accustomed to.  The taste is nostalgic for me. It reminded me of our restaurant way back then.  The tastiness of the tomato sauce and the tenderness of the goat meat are excellent. This is a must have when you go there.  This is best with their hinalang ( which I will make another entry for this).
